For Selling Agents

Benefits for Selling Agents

We give you and your business the freedom to focus on selling properties

Time is arguably the most important thing in the life of a selling agent... usually there is never enough of it!

Our team work with you and your business saving you time and energy by providing your clients with all the support needed to complete the home report and get the property to market as quickly as possible.

You can choose to use our team as much or as little as you prefer.  As well as hosting all your Home Reports in one place, we will take payment from the client, post out property questionnaires and draft reports for those with no internet access and provide you with details of all potential parties who have downloaded copies.

Can I instruct my usual surveyors?

Of course! We understand the relationship between you and your preferred surveyors. Your current working relationships remain unchanged, however, both you and the surveyor can leave the chasing of documents, payments etc to us.

Why would I want you to collect payment?

When we collect the payment for the home report it means that you can relax knowing that we will pay the surveyor, and any fees due to yourself, once payment has been received. It also give us the opportunity to talk the client through the process.

What if the seller does not have email access?

If the seller does not have email you simply enter the Home & Energy email address and we will post out all the necessary documents to the seller and follow up with an encouraging call to get them to completion

Why shouldn't I send out PDFs to interested parties?

Using us as a distribution tool saves you and your team so much time! We provide a smartlink which can be copied and pasted to your website directing potential purchasers to the report.  There are many benefits to this:

  • The interested party must input their name and email to receive the report
  • You are notified by email when a copy is downloaded and who downloaded it
  • You can use this information as a lead for a future seller, or at least know the type of properties they are interested in
  • The report is then personalised to the potential purchaser speeding up the process at the other end
